Meet Esther Mkandawire, our dedicated National Director in Zambia. Esther leads Needs Care Center, a local NGO in Lusakaโs Ngโombe Compound, where she touches the lives of thousands of children, widows, and families affected by poverty and HIV/AIDS. Through Kids for the Kingdom, 1,450 children receive a Christ-centered education and two nutritious meals every day.
We are also building a new high school to give these children a future beyond primary school, equipping them with the knowledge and faith to break the cycle of poverty and uplift their communities. Our work includes:
Education
Our primary school in Zambia reaches 1450 children with education. A high school is currently being built, so these children can continue on.
Feeding Programs/Bible Clubs
Through our school, we also run a farm that provides work experience for children, as well as food for our feeding programs.
