Empowering Vulnerable Children with Compassion and Opportunity
Meet Mario Jose Aviles Saenez, our dedicated National Director in Nicaragua. Mario Jose has been involved with Kids for the Kingdom for over 20 years, following in the footsteps of his father, who founded the ministry in Nicaragua. His heart for serving vulnerable children has driven him to establish schools, feeding programs, and micro-enterprise projects, offering hope and opportunities to those in need. Mario Jose is committed to helping his fellow Nicaraguansโeconomically, socially, and spiritually, both with practical aid and by sharing the love of Jesus Christ.
Rodiver and Victoria Barrera, our Program Directors in Nueva Guinea, continue this mission in the remote village, offering Bible clubs, feeding programs, and a loving home to orphans who have nowhere else to turn. Through Kids for the Kingdom, Mario Jose focuses on:
Orphan Care
At Hogar el Reposo (โA Place of Restโ), children receive shelter, food, and skills training, providing them with a safe environment and the tools they need for a brighter future.
Feeding Programs/Bible Clubs
Our unique โTwo Sticks of Firewoodโ program encourages children to bring firewood to earn a hot meal, fostering a sense of community and dignity while sharing the Gospel message.
